Online Payment

All policies are Direct Bill.

Payment must be made via the direct bill payment website at www.billitnow.com/FirstCapProperty.

To make payments on the direct bill website please follow these steps:

First time user must register www.billitnow.com/FirstCapProperty.

Navigate to Pay Online to process the amount of your payment

Make payment and print/save the payment confirmation page

Initial down payment (or full payment) must be received within 5 days of binding or the effective date of the policy (if later)

Note: Allow 24 hrs for your new policy to be available for payment

Additonal Information

All payments must be received by the due date to avoid cancellation.

If a premium finance company is remitting funds, payment must be sent directly to First Capital by the finance company in order for full payment be posted to the policy.

Any payments not honored by a financial institution and returned unpaid will be subject to NSF fees.
