To mail a check payment to our office through USPS, address the envelope to our lockbox:

If payment must be expedited, we recommend using our Online Payment system. If this is not possible, address the envelope to our physical address:

Additonal Information

All payments must be received by the due date to avoid cancellation.

If a premium finance company is remitting funds, payment must be sent directly to First Capital by the finance company in order for full payment be posted to the policy.

Any payments not honored by a financial institution and returned unpaid will be subject to NSF fees.

At this time, First Cap Property Insurance Solutions is not able to accept payment over the phone and payment via credit card.
